Ávita Care's leadership adopts and affirms this Quality Policy as the foundation of its Management System and strategic direction, in alignment with the mission of enabling the access of products to the Brazilian market with full regulatory security and patient protection.

    Protect the health of the patient and end user as the ultimate purpose of every technical, regulatory, and operational decision.

    Enable the secure and structured access of products to the Brazilian market, with traceable provenance and certified quality.

    Conduct, under our own CNPJ, the marketing authorization holding of ANVISA registrations with full accountability across the entire chain.

    Serve the client by respecting their technical and operational requirements, and systematically measure their satisfaction.

    Qualify domestic and international suppliers under rigorous regulatory criteria.

    Act in compliance with Good Distribution and Storage Practices, with integrity, ethics, and legality.

    Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks across the entire chain.

    Pursue continuous process improvement through self-inspections and audits.

    Maintain full product tracking and recall capability, and conduct post-marketing surveillance actions — pharmacovigilance, technovigilance, and cosmetovigilance.

    Train the team in Good Distribution and Storage Practices and in the import legislation applicable to each product class.

    Build the organizational culture upon loyalty, cooperation, and transparency.
