Privacy Policy

For business inquiries, we receive your name, company (optional), email, telephone and message. This form does not request a national ID, payments or health information.

The pharmacovigilance channel receives the reporter, product and event details you provide. This may include sensitive personal data and is handled separately from business inquiries.

We use business contact details to respond and follow up, under the specific authorization in the form. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to advertising.

Pharmacovigilance reports go to the responsible team for assessment and follow-up. Authorization is specific to this purpose; applicable legal or regulatory obligations may require records to be retained.

Optional browsing analytics requires a separate choice. Declining does not prevent navigation or form submissions.

With your permission, we collect page and section views, link clicks, scroll depth, engagement time and performance metrics. We do not collect typed values, session recordings or health report content.

Pixoom processes IP and browser information to derive a daily rotating technical identifier and estimate location. This is not equivalent to anonymity. We send only the referring domain and limited campaign codes, never its full URL.

Declining or withdrawing stops new optional events. Contact the DPO to request access to or deletion of earlier records.

Ávita Care determines the purposes of processing on this website. Pixoom, part of Grupo Soluto, provides analytics and stores business contacts: name, company, email, telephone, reference and authorization record. Free-text business messages are not sent to Pixoom.

Messages are emailed to the responsible teams. Hosting and email providers participate in this processing. Pharmacovigilance reports are not sent to Pixoom analytics or its business contact register.

The website uses HTTPS, input validation and request limits. WhatsApp and other external links open services with their own policies. Information may be provided to authorities when legally required.

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, sharing information and, as provided by the LGPD, portability, anonymization, blocking or deletion.

You may also withdraw consent and ask about the consequences. Withdrawal does not remove legal retention requirements or invalidate earlier lawful processing.

We retain contact and service records as necessary for their purpose and applicable obligations. Pharmacovigilance document retention depends on the record type and corresponding regulatory requirements.

A single five-year period does not apply to all website data. Contact the DPO about the retention of a specific record or to request deletion.

Hosting and security logs may be necessary to operate the service independently of optional browsing analytics.

The avita_privacy cookie stores only your analytics choice, notice version and choice date for up to 180 days. It is not a visitor identifier. Language preferences may also be stored to preserve your selection.

After analytics is permitted, pulse:entry-sent temporarily stores a flag in browser session storage indicating that visit attribution was sent. It contains no name, email or personal identifier.

Use “Privacy preferences” in the footer to allow or decline analytics at any time. Optional collection stays off without a valid choice.
